Background

            The Progress Technology Consultants Co.,Ltd. (PTC) is a   professional consulting firm   established
in 1986 by a group of foremost professional in the field of Sanitary andEnvironmental Engineering. The firm
later broadened its activities and is presently capable of providing services in the fields of   Survey, Civil,
Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical, Water Resources Engineering and other related    works.    The company
present registered capital is 10 million Baht.

The company continues to introduce appropriate new technologies from abroad, for application in Thailand, as
our company name "Progress Technology" suggests. Since its establishment, PTC has worked with several
overseas consulting firms to carry out many projects in Thailand. At present, PTC is recognized as one of the
foremost consulting engineering firms in Thailand.

Our staff is composed of diverse veterans whom have graduated from many eminent institutes that are
recognized both domestically and internationally. Apart from their keen knowledge, they also possess invaluable
experience. Thus we are capable of fulfilling our clients' requirements in the wide spectrum of engineering
services.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

For each of the field of activities, the PTC provides a complete range of consulting services as summarized below:

Reconnaissance Survey

Preliminary field investigation and collection of data, assessment of development possibilities, identification of
project, initial assessment of project and programming of further investigations.

Field Investigations

Topographic survey; aerial photograph and mapping, hydrological survey, meteorological survey, geological and
hydrogeological survey, material survey, pedological survey, land classification survey, transportation survey,
traffic survey, demographic survey, socio-economic survey.

Study and Planning

Review of data and reports, studies on potential development, socio-economic studies, pre-investment surveys,
pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, problem solving consultations and assistance in financial arrangements
for project implementation.

Engineering and Design

Model tests, computer simulation, sampling and analysis, material tests, preliminary design, detailed design, cost
estimation, construction planning, preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.

Supervision, Engineering Advice and Construction Management

Assistance with tender requests, evaluation and contract award, construction supervision, engineering advice on
construction, project management, inspection and testing.

Training and Guidance

Guidance with initial operation, operation management, training of personnel in project operation and
maintenance.

When more complex studies and projects demand the services of a large number of disciplines, PTC
meets these demands, as it has on occasions in the past by associating with other independent consultants.
PTC, therefore, has been able to offer its clients the full coverage of consulting services as special needs arise
while also helping them avoid the complications of having to deal separately with several consultants.
Furthermore, with these associations, PTC has been in a position to draw on the very large and collective
experience in many fields.

                  PTC’s main asset is the personnel employed by the firm. Total number of full-time staff is 72 and the number of professional advisors who provide
